• We warrant that products sold are genuine and meet manufacturer specifications.

• No other warranties, express or implied, are made including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not responsible for misuse or unauthorized distribution of products.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics.

11. Confidentiality

All commercial and regulatory documents, pricing, and communications shall remain confidential between the parties unless disclosure is required by law.
